Travelers between select popular routes can take advantage of our new Print at Home ticketing service. Print your one-way or round trip ticket and proceed straight to the gate. Select the "Print at Home" option during your purchase to use this service1.
Print at Home Tickets are available on many routes and locations. Check our booking tool for your city of interest. If the Print at Home option is not available, you can select Will Call or Tickets By Mail as your delivery option. For more information on those options, click here.
Valid photo ID along with the printed ticket for each passenger is required upon boarding. Print at Home tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Print at Home tickets are only valid for the schedule and date selected at time of purchase. If applicable, refunds must be done prior to the date of departure.
Check with customer service when you arrive at the terminal for information on checking your baggage. Greyhound baggage restrictions apply.
For customers traveling with baggage, the following procedures apply:
- Please take your bags straight to the gate with your printed ticket and the driver will provide you with a Courtesy baggage tag that needs to be placed on your luggage. If you have excess baggage (more than one carry-on and two additional bags), this must be checked at the ticket counter before proceeding to the gate.
- Take your baggage to the bus and give it to the baggage handler who will load the baggage underneath the bus.
- Each customer must retrieve his or her bags next to the bus at your final destination.
